Indian Education Program

The Summerville Elementary Indian Education Program has supported Native students and families for more than 30 years by providing meaningful, individualized assistance to help students thrive in school. Guided by the Indian Education Parent Committee, the program focuses on raising academic achievement, fostering strong partnerships between home and school, and ensuring that Native students feel connected, supported, and valued in their learning environment. Parents of Native students are encouraged to participate in the committee, where their voices and collaboration play an essential role in shaping the success of the program.
